The new Youtube player interface is so much better. The previous one had some annoying aspects, it was very tubular and bubbly in a way that distracted from the content. The new interface is flatter and more neuter, more respectful to a range of content. But the biggest welcome change was player progress bar consistency between full screen and minimized. The old version full screen mode seemed to stretch the progress bar where the tubular rounded edges were stretched to pointed ends. Anyway… much better now.
