Brand experience. I had a good one. I bought a new pair of campers today to replace my current pair, which I’ve had and worn for almost 2 years. I walked in and they noticed right away I had worn mine out. I took them off to try on a new pair  and they noticed that some of the leather had torn on my old ones. “These are under warranty, for everything but the soles, we’ll send them back for you”. These are the types of things to have meetings about, not the new ad campaign or the bottom line this or that, build brand loyalty and the rest will come.
